When will my credit card be charged? Your card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted in our system.
How will the charge appear on my credit card? The charge will appear on your credit card as: " Love Meg"
Where can I find a copy of my order? You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received. If you would like an additional copy of your order, please log on to your My Account page or if you shopped as a guest, please contact Customer Service at lovemeg@tandmlife.com
What address should I enter in the billing information screen? For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
What methods of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Why are you not accepting my credit card? There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card information may have been entered wrong, expired, reached its limit, or a malfunction may have occurred with the credit card processing system. Please double-check your information or try another payment method.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Where does Love Meg ship to? Anywhere in the United States.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Most orders are shipped within 2 days of order receipt and usually delivered to your door within 5-7 business days by USPS.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free anywhere in the U.S for orders of $18 or more.
What happens if a product I want is backordered? Products can become back-ordered and we will do our absolute best to let you know in advance. In the event of your order being backordered, you will receive your product as soon as it becomes available.
Has my order shipped? You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped. You can also check the shipment status of your order at any time by logging in to My Account and clicking Order History.
Can I change my shipping address? Because we start processing your order as soon as it is submitted, we cannot edit the shipping address on an existing order after it is submitted. For future orders, you can change the shipping addresses associated with your account at any time by selecting the My Account link, and then selecting Manage Addresses from the account menu.
What happens if my shipment arrives damaged? If your order is damaged, please email us immediately. We’ll provide instructions. Please include your order number in your email.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
What is your refund and return policy? If within 30 days of purchase, you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact Customer Service at lovemeg@tandmlife.com Monday through Friday, 6am - 6pm EST.
When will the credit appear on my credit card? You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card.
How do I cancel or edit my order? Because we start processing your order as soon as it is submitted, we cannot cancel or edit your order after it is submitted. If you still have concerns, please contact Customer Service at lovemeg@tandmlife.com Monday through Friday, 6am - 6pm EST.
Why was my order cancelled? Unfortunately, from time-to-time we have to cancel an order or a portion of an order due to product being unavailable or out-of-stock at the time of shipment. Your order may also be cancelled if the shipping carrier was unable to complete the delivery or the shipment was damaged in transit. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email confirmation and a full refund will automatically be processed for the portion of the order that was cancelled. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund credit to appear on your credit card.

Why can't I just purchase the concentrate? We recommend you use our Love Meg Bottle with our concentrate as we specifically designed them for a great consumer experience and for countless re-use. We expect to offer the concentrate refills in the near future.
Where can I find your ingredients? Ingredients are listed on the product page on our website and on the back of the label of the 1oz concentrate bottle.
Are Love Meg products cruelty free? Yes. Love Meg products are not tested on animals.
Are Love Meg products pet-safe? Our products are made out of non toxic materials but should always be stored out of reach of children and pets.
HOW IT WORKS
How do I create my Love Meg Multi-cleaner? Making your Love Meg cleaner is as easy as 1-2-3.
- Pour one 1oz bottle of Multi-Surface concentrate into your 16oz spray bottle.
- Fill with water from your tap and close cap.
- Give it a quick shake and it’s ready to use!
How long will one bottle last? The solution in our bottles should last you a similar length of time as a traditional cleaning spray bottle. How long one bottle's worth of solution lasts depends on how often you clean and how much you use, often dependent on the size of your home and family.
Do I need to use hot water? No, cold or warm water is recommended.
Does the bottle have to be completely empty before refilling? We recommend that you finish using the cleaning liquid in your bottle and rinsing it with clean water before creating another bottle of solution with a new concentrate. Each 1oz bottle of concentrate is designed to be dissolved with water to create 16oz of cleaner and match the exact amount of solution our bottle is designed to hold.
How many times can I reuse the bottle? Our Love Meg spray bottle is meant to be refilled again and again and again, to limit what gets thrown away. The life of the bottle depends on your style, volume and frequency of cleaning.
How much liquid does one bottle of concentrate make? One 1oz bottle of Love Meg concentrate makes 16oz of cleaning solution.
Why is the Love Meg bottle empty? We don't want you to pay to ship water around the country and we do want to minimize our carbon footprint. You can add your own water when you receive your bottle or at your own convenience.

Is Love Meg packaging recyclable? Our shipping materials, and bottles are recyclable, while our packing peanuts are biodegradeable /compostable.
